Positive: The communication was excellent, the facility messaged me multiple times to confirm my arrival date and check-in time, welcomed me warmly, and made sure everything was comfortable and suited to my personal needs. What touched me most was that they provided food for the alpacas so I could get up close and interact with them. They were absolutely adorable! 🦙❤️Such a lovely experience I would absolutely recommend staying here again
